Hygiene
TSOWA takes necessary steps to ensure that the members maintain good hygiene and
sanitation and keep their surrounding clean through awareness programs and proactive
measures among members.
Adulteration
Members are strictly advised from using any kind of adulterated products (e.g. sub-standard
tea powder that contains chemicals and colours, used and recoloured tea powder).
TSOWA actively works with enforcement agencies to discourage malpractices.
Self Employment
TSOWA has approached several governing authorities and actively promotes the generation
of various employment schemes for the common people to will help them in their economic
development and aspires to include more women in this endeavour.
